SEAFOOD PLATTER SERIES

OCEANZ (Esplanade·Penang) offers Mixed Food Delicacy, featuring our signature product line Seafood Craze, primarily focusing on Seafood Platter. 

 

Sharing and enjoying a mass serving of seafood before your very eyes, garnished on a big banana leaves layered tray, with your favorite choice of our secret sauces. Dive in straight by using your bare hands accustoms to local culture, if you preferred a fingers-licking-good deliciousness ecstasy. Easily cleaning yourself at the two nearby washing basins. Or we may offer you fork and spoon to accommodate your need.

 

We are using fresh ingredients for our Seafood Platter series, ranging from Prawns, Crabs, Mussels and Squids accompanied by sweet corns to raise the natural taste. 

 

Clams (Lala) and Cockles (See-hum) are included while also available as add-ons on the Delivery menu of OCEANZ Seafood on online platform, due to fair business operation policy of the shop’s public venue.

 

For the business kick-start phase, we offer the Seafood Platters series preparing in the following flavors, namely:

  • SC01 KAMHEONG: Malaysian Authentic Golden Fragrance (Our Signature Dish)
  • SC02 Boiled Seafood with Thai's Prik Nam Pla dip 🌶🌶
  • SC03 Butter Garlic Sweet Chili 
  • SC04 Golden Salted Egg 🌶
  • SC05 Sambal Tom Yam 🌶
  • SC06 South Indian Masala 🌶

 

You may place Dine-in, Take-away or Delivery orders for this product.

 

Starting from 2 Pax for initial order, you may double up or triple up the size of Seafood Platter accordingly, based on the number of diners, or in case you have a bigger appetite. Do not worry though, we have proper packaging method, if you decided to take-away the remaining food with you on the go.

 

You may pair the platter with complementary rice or bread, where you can also get the subsequent portion(s) over our add-ons menu.

 

Dining and connecting at the same time over a special prepared meal in an opened breezy seaside atmosphere, while hearing to the rhythm of the waves at the backdrop, is both joyful and relaxing.
